Position Summary:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at CleanRobotics, you will be responsible for
managing the relationships with our current customers as well as tracking KPIs and metrics of
their pilot. The CSM will also be responsible for working hand in hand with the engineering team
when it comes to service and maintenance as well as generating reports. The perfect candidate
should have the soft skills best suited for building long-lasting relationships as well as have the
drive and ambition to convert a pilot customer to a long-time recurring customer of

You will work closely with our Head of Customer Success as well as the Business Development
team to create a successful path for the customer to go from pilot to long-standing customer. At
first, you will focus on getting to know our customers, building reports around current pilots and
their metrics, and working with the Head of Customer Success to build out processes for our
growing team. We are a fast-growing team with plenty of opportunities for you to grow into a
leader at CleanRobotics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with new and existing customers
• Communicating service and maintenance needs and documenting in ticketing system
• Co-working on customer needs with the engineering team and or service and
maintenance partner
• Tracking KPIs and metrics for current pilots using the customer Dashboard
• Finding new ways to serve our customers
• Building reports and case studies for our sales team to utilize
• Documenting your process for future hires
• Recording and managing activities in HubSpot
• Leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency
• Traveling to our customers around the country
Education & Experience:
• No formal degree is required but is an added bonus
• Relationship Management experience
• Experience with upselling
• A general understanding of hardware technology you are willing to grow while on the job
